Discussion: Population Health Models Post a substantive response to the following by 11:59PM (EST) on Wednesday. Cite your references in APA format. Research and comment on a public or community health model that encompasses your beliefs about population health. Note: I am looking for population health models, not nursing theorists or individual health models (e.g., health belief model, Prochaska, etc.).
