CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK The interrelation between external aid, health supply mechanisms, results of the treatment and impact of the community is a fundamental investigation area, in particular in contexts limited to resources. External aid often improve health systems by providing essential resources, which, in turn, improve the mechanisms of release of health care. However, financial interruptions can significantly interrupt these mechanisms, leading to the adverse results of the treatment and undermining the health efforts of the community. Agarwal et al. (2019) propose a conceptual framework for the evaluation of the services of the community’s health worker, which underlines the importance of reliable resources for an effective delivery of health care. When external aids are inconsistent, it can exacerbate existing inequalities and hinder the ability of health workers, thus reducing general health efficiency. Furthermore, the role of the involvement of the community in health delivery mechanisms cannot be overrated. Greenhalgh et al. (2016) They underline the meaning of co-creation in community health services, suggesting that collaborative approaches can mitigate some negative impacts of financial instability. When communities are actively involved in the health care process, they can exploit their resources and resilience for the bearing against external shocks. Therefore, understanding the dynamics between external aid, financial interruptions and impact of the community is vital for the development of sustainable health solutions that promote positive results for treatment and improve general health efficiency.
